Coffs Harbour's new NSW Nationals leader Gurmesh Singh is backing one of the city's most controversial projects: the Jetty Foreshore redevelopment.

I sat down with him last month to talk about the project, how it could impact housing, tourism and traffic, and why he thinks it will keep young people in the area.
