I recently met Thomas Hartsuyker, the 93-year-old owner and operator of The Clog Barn, and his niece Alison Brooks, who works as the Office Manager.
They told me all about how the tourist attraction came to be 40 years ago.
I even got to visit the workshop where Hartsuyker still spends his time fixing and building elements of his detailed miniature Dutch village.
And I asked how Hartsuyker thought the bypass might impact his tourist attraction.
